Welcome to this introduction to my mobile massage therapy service for Cornwall.

Massage is the manipulation of soft tissue for therapeutic purposes.

I am ITEC qualified, with a variety of clients, from those with sports injury, back pain or poor circulation to those who just need to relax.

I have discovered since I qualified in 1998, whilst working as a massage therapist, that my clients are constantly recognising the benefit that massage has been to them.

Many of my clients have found massage has reduced the effect of stress on their bodies and has helped them to maintain improved good health.

A massage will give you ‘me’ time. It can help you improve movement where you are suffering from back pain. It can reduce muscle tension and improve circulation and encourage a sense of well-being. It has a soothing effect that calms the nerves enabling the client to relax.
